The review process

  The article is in the process of double blind peer review. In case of positive reviews it is recommended to publish. If one or both of the reviews are negative, the article is rejected. Editorship reserves the right to accept an article to publish if it does not meet certain requirements, but subject to correct the text by the author. The final decision of admission the article for publication is accepted by the editorial board.
